We ensure total commitment to you through your session and following checks throughout your training week. We have every personal session structured in our designed program for you to complete, you won’t know until your session is up in order to keep your sessions stimulating.
To us, the one on one session is an integral part of your training week however we will also supply you with the knowledge and guidance that will enable you to train on your own at a new required level. This will also include a tailored eating plan and a weekly workout guide to ensure ongoing adherence to the goal.
