Hardcore Training
Hardcore training to us has nothing to do with a lot of fancy gimmicks or equipment. Nothing at all will substitute for a long term program of hard work, that is required to develop the quality of strength needed by an athlete for optimum performance in his/her specialty or for the their personal results and satisfaction. Hard lean bodies are created during these sessions.
Hardcore training allows people to aspire to be their best. These people will have special privileges due to their commitment to training.
There will be multi task workout routines tough in nature performed alone or in groups with time your enemy. Beat the clock; get a Black Body Benefit Hardcore Training singlet. You get a chance every three months.
Black singlet’s are only given to the truly committed they cannot be bought. A certain level needs to be achieved in order to obtain one of these.
