Group Fitness Classes
All fitness levels are encouraged to come along. The indoor classes will be small and there will be a highly qualified trainer that will assist with any problems or requirements and push you past your perceived limits.
Our classes will pack a punch – that is our guarantee! This is what you need in order to achieve results. Motivation will not be an issue when you come to our classes.
We will combine components of strength and fitness that will ensure you improve your body shape and level of fitness. It will not be a predictable useless experience.
Class Descriptions
Kettle Bell Spin
Moderate and high intensity (relative to your own level) cardio, along side effective dynamic resistance training with no wasted time in a small group working together to create a tough, fun, enthusiastic and very effective hour of results based training. Burning up to 800 calories in 1 hour and giving your muscles the shock treatment.
The classes will be small in number purposely to enable proper instruction and motivation. There will be no place to hide!
Boxing
Here we really get you going no experience required. We cut all the wasted time and give you a workout that you will remember. It’s a boxing class using fitness techniques. Massive fat burner. It is a great way to vary your training. If you run, run, run then you need to give your legs a rest and shape your upper body and mid-section whilst burning a heap of calories. Great cross training for every body.
Basic Training
Here we combine every available exercise and piece of equipment to give your muscles, heart, lungs and fat a blast. Hard to describe but guaranteed results, come along and find out.
Outdoor Training
It’s currently held each Saturday morning from 6:15am through to 7:30am. Its location is different each week and so is each session. It’s just like a Fit-Camp session but only once per week.
An extremely effective and variable type of training for all purposes.
