About Us

phil bagnallPhil Bagnall

Phil Bagnall has been involved in the health and fitness industry for 7 years.
He has a unique brand of training that has been built from experience both as an athlete, competitor and as a trainer.

Being 20kg overweight during his late 20’s he also knows what it is like to come back from a position of adversity. Applying the fundamentals learned from years of training and competition whilst combining these with the correct attitude towards balancing training and life he has found the perfect training blend that creates lean athletic physiques from an average everyday body.

Being a dedicated father of 4 he knows what it is like to squeeze the most out of every day. Believing that staying fit and healthy just has to take a high priority because it has such a positive effect on day to day living both physically and mentally. ‘It is just too easy to give in and justify your lack of training on an excuse of lack of time. Time management is essential. T.V is last on the list’.
